I was looking forward to learning Snetterton as it was a track I had never driven at before. I had a good test day where I was constantly shaving off lap time and improving in every session.
I had my best qualifying yet, finishing 19th out of 27. I only managed to get one good lap in on the last lap, where once again I went quicker than the times I had done in testing previously.
Race 1: I had a tricky start where I was just in the wrong place, so I got a bit stuck. My first few laps I spent battling with another driver; once I got past him, I was able to pull away and focus on catching up with the drivers ahead, which I managed to do. I finished 20th. So I was a bit disappointed with this race.
Race 2: This was an exciting race where I was in a pack battling for the first half of the race. However, I made a mistake and the esses, which meant I dropped off slightly, but I was determined to catch back up with them. I caught them up and got past one of them, so despite my mistake, I was pleased with this race. I finished 18th.
